Windows 10: Microsoft mouse arc wireless with USB connewction not working

Hi there! This week my Microsoft Arc mouse wireless with USB connector stopped working on my laptop, suddenly... I tried to unistall drivers, install again, to use different USB port, but issue remains. When I connect the USB connector, I can hear a sound connected but at the moment another sound like when you disconnect the device.I think I followed all the options described at Microsoft Support pages, but no one solved my issue.and yes, the mouse is working at other laptopsAny clue?Thanks!JM

Arc mouse wireless usb not working.

Hello i Have a Wireless usb Arc Touch mouse but is not working anymore.
It started blinking red, then stopped working, changed the batteries but still not working.
When i connect the usb it show like Microsoft nano tranceiver v.1.
But Mouse still not connect, ad mouse shows me blue light so its turned on.
