Microsoft .Net Core Runtime Package 1.0 installation failed with Catastrophic failure Error

I have created UWP Application package. It's generate with dependency folder. When I tried to install Microsoft .Net Core Runtime Package 1.0 it shows Catastrophic failure error. I have do following research and apply many changes but no luck.
