Windows 10: Microsoft .net couldn't access network location downloads\.

I've been trying to install microsoft .net 6.0.2.6 and 8.0.301 but none of these are working and I get the same message "couldn't access download location downloads\.", I tried to reset my regedit to default I have an original backup I had searched for a solution for this problem for more than 2 weeks but I still can't find any topics/tutorials talk about this I hope someone help me find a solution for this, thanks!

Try this:

Before you get to that message, press SHIFT + F10 to open a command prompt.

Run diskpart.
At the diskpart prompt, run these commands:

list disk

At this point you should see the SSD as disk 0. If it has another disk number, use that number rather than "0" in the next command.

select disk 0
clean
exit (to exit from diskpart)
exit (to exit from the command prompt)





That should clear the contents of the disk. The entire disk space should then show up in Windows setup as "Unallocated Space" as in the screenshot below.

 

One computer cannot access other network computers.


So I've tried every troubleshooting step I know:

• Double checked that Net Bios was enabled
• Ran a bunch of network commands:
  • flushed DNS
  • registered dns
  • pinged and located the named computers successfully
• Reset my router to factory settings

Nothing works when I try to access via explorer. I'm still baffled by the fact that every other computer can access each other AND access this computer. It's just the outgoing connection from this machine that doesn't work.

Any thoughts?
