    Yesterday when I shut down my PC I noticed that it takes a lot longer than usual, and today I got this error I believe puts out by Razer Synapse when the system start up. It is a .NET Framework error, but it seems that only Microsoft apps still remain the ability to connect to internet. All my other apps either just not opening or says I do not have a internet connection. While Edge, Get Help, Windows Update are completely fine.

    I've tried every post I can find about .NET Framework Unhandled exception, I've tried NetFxRepairTool multiple times, go into Windows Features turn both .NET on and off multiple times, Win+R MSCONFIG and boot up without startup apps. Those did nothing.
