Windows 10: Microsoft not downloading roblox or anything

I am currently using Windows 10 as my computer. I'm trying to download roblox on the Microsoft store because I don't want the web version. But, Microsoft store doesn't allow me to download anything for some reason and just says "Something happened on our end. I've tried repairing the app & resetting it, but nothing worked. Also, I've tried to use different commands such as wsreset/wsreset.exe. Also, I've tried using this webpage to help me but it didn't work. I've also tried restarting my computer a bunch of times. Also, the error code that Microsoft Store gives me is 0x80246008. I've trie

Roblox links won't open with Microsoft Roblox

It seems like your system is still associating the Roblox player's app with the links instead of the Microsoft Roblox app. Here are a few things you can try to resolve the issue:

1- Reset the default app settings: Go to Windows Settings > Apps > Default apps > Reset to default. This will reset the default app settings for all file types and protocols, including Roblox links. After doing this, try opening the Roblox link again and see if it opens with the Microsoft Roblox app.

2- Set the default app for Roblox links: Go to Windows Settings > Apps > Default apps > Choose default apps by protocol. Look for "Roblox-player" in the list and click on it. Then select "Microsoft Roblox" as the default app for this protocol.

3- Uninstall both apps and reinstall Microsoft Roblox: Uninstall both the Roblox player's app and the Microsoft Roblox app. Then download and reinstall the Microsoft Roblox app from the Microsoft Store. After doing this, try opening the Roblox link again and see if it opens with the Microsoft Roblox app.

It looks as though the App packages for Roblox may still be on your device, which is why it is not installing.

Please can you:

• Press Win key & R together,
• Type: wsreset
• Press enter

Then try again at launching Windows store and downloading Roblox.

Roblox from Microsoft Store error

May I ask if by update you mean a system update or a Roblox app update? I can understand that it must be a difficult situation for you when things don't work as expected. However, let's follow these methods and check if they work.



1. Microsoft Store Cache Cleanup

• Right-click the Start icon and select "Windows Terminal (Administrator)" -> Enter: wsreset.exe
  

2.Reset Microsoft Store

• Open "Settings" -> Applications -> Applications and Features -> Find "Microsoft Stroe", select -> "Advanced Options" and reset
  

3. Uninstall and reinstall Roblox

• Download it on the internet and use roblox from your browser and try to see if the problem persists.
  
• You need to uninstall roblox in the application settings (Settings -> Apps -> Apps & features -> find the roblox app inside the right input box and click uninstall), then click on the link here, click on the game and it will ask you to install roblox.
