Windows 10: Microsoft office mouse selection not working proberly

Hi

My mouse precision seems to be not good anymore, in word, outlook and Excel if I put a picture in the document example and I want to change the size of the picture I don't see the size adjustment arrow and cannot get it


Sometime I will be able with luck to do it but its way off the corner and don't even see the resize arrows

can you help me,

Hi Richard,

Since the above suggestions didn't work on your issue, we suggest that you follow the steps below for us to further locate the device driver that has been causing conflict on your system.

• Go to Settings.
• Click Devices.
• Scroll down, then select Device manager.
• Look for the mouse icon, then click it.
• Right-click on the available drivers.
• Select Uninstall.
• Re-connect your Microsoft mouse, so that the system will reinstall the correct driver.

Designer Mouse Not Working
