    Microsoft Office removed after update


    I purchased Microsoft student back in 2014 for my laptop and was told it would last and i wouldn't need to buy it again. However after the most recent windows update i was getting notifications saying that i didn't have a valid license. I followed the instructions, restarting etc and now office has completely gone and i cannot open any of my files. This is VERY unhelpful. I no longer have the initial product key as it is 6 years since i purchased it. Ive tried accessing my files online but they wont open. How can I get office back?
