Xbox One controller and Xbox One Microsoft headset combination issues

As I was streaming with Microsoft 10 xbox app, I wondered if I could use my headset through my xbox one controller via the adapter. The first few seconds were fine but pretty immediately there was on and off stalling sound as if the game was frozen lasting
several seconds and occurring frequently. Not sure if there is an update for the xbox controller driver or not but I can't seem to find it.

As a side note, I was also wondering if there will be an update to give the ability to use a mouse and keyboard for games such as ESOU, Minecraft...
