Windows 10: Microsoft OneNote Security Notice - Someone must have the answer!?

I hhhhope this time I get an answer, not a Question.The CtrI+K link always gives a Securit Error when the link points to my HarDDrives.See this Link for more Info.And while I was not aware that there was the same situation in Windows itself. So I need to know how to make it work in both. Winows 11 Pro general system & OneNote. Someone suggests there is a difference; see the above link. Send to onenote

Hi,

It may be an issue with the add ins in OneNote, we suggest that you disable OneNote add-on and enable it. To do so, follow the steps below:

• Open Internet Explorer.
• Click Manage add-ons.
• On the left pane, click Toolbars and Extensions.
• On the right hand side of the page check for Send to OneNote add-on. Highlight
  Send to OneNote and click on disable.
• Once the add-on is disabled highlight the add-on again and enable it.

Note: To enable the File menu in Internet Explorer press the
Alt key on your keyboard.

You may also perform an online repair in Office 2007, to do an Online repair, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows + X.
• Click Control Panel.
• Click Programs and Features.
• Right click Microsoft Office, click Change.
  
• Choose Online repair.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

Signing into Onenote app converts local account to microsoft account

Steps:

• Sign into a local account
• Open the OneNote app (tablet not desktop app)
• Sign in to this app with a Microsoft account

The local account is then converted into a Microsoft account with that identity.

This is wrong and unexpected behaviour as no indication is given that the sign in is for the whole of windows rather than just OneNote.

It is also hard to revert.

I am guessing that other apps may exhibit the same behaviour.

In fact I don't understand how an app (which is supposed to be sandboxed and secure) can change user account information.
