Windows 10: Microsoft Online support no response

Discus and support Microsoft Online support no response in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; Anyone else have this issue?     Anyone else have this issue? It seems impossible to me to get any sort of help with my keyboard that's having hardware issues.I contacted Microsoft through many avenues both online and on the phone. I would get passed around and transferred to the Supplemental Parts Department but the phone would never be answered even after waiting 2-3 hours on the line.Then the next time I call I get told that support is only online and they won't transfer me.So I finally find a way to submit a support form and include my serial number and a description of my issue.I did that twice now and it's been 3 weeks
