Windows 10: Microsoft Online support no response

Anyone else have this issue? It seems impossible to me to get any sort of help with my keyboard that's having hardware issues.I contacted Microsoft through many avenues both online and on the phone. I would get passed around and transferred to the Supplemental Parts Department but the phone would never be answered even after waiting 2-3 hours on the line.Then the next time I call I get told that support is only online and they won't transfer me.So I finally find a way to submit a support form and include my serial number and a description of my issue.I did that twice now and it's been 3 weeks

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

B3 Phenom support

I checked gigabyte's site on my GA-M57 and it didn't say anything about b3 stepping update, but all of the x3 chips are b3 steppings, so just use the x3 support bios if available.

 

Is Microsoft taking any responsibility for the computers that Windows 10 is killing?

AS PER NORMAL ANOTHER "CUT AND PASTE" RESPONSE FROM A SO CALLED "MICROSOFT SUPPORT ENGINEER" THAT HAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH THE QUESTION THE PERSON POSTED !!!!
