    Microsoft Optical Mouse 4000 doesn't work.


    I am using Windows 10 on a Dell Computer and keyboard. I have a Microsoft Optical Mouse 4000 which I'd like to use.. It appears in the device page and I've downloaded a driver: MS Mouse & Keyboard center2.3.188.0. It shows in the programs, but doesn't show any data size. Have I downloaded the wrong version of software or will the mouse just not work without a Microsoft keyboard.

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

    I suggest you to go to the below link, download Windows 8 driver and try installing it in compatibility mode and check.
