    Microsoft OUTLOOK - How can I retain my email account settings & Address Book when REINSTALLING MS Outlook? I have copied the two pst files and added these 2 pst files in new MS Outlook 2013 , but email account and settings are not found!!

    No Earthlink Address Book for Earthlink, an Account under Outlook

    Well then explain this - On my desktop computer (Win10, Office 2013) a separate address book was generated when I added my Earthlink account to Outlook. So when I open the Outlook Address Book I see an Outlook address list, an Earthlink address list and an icloud (I also added my Icloud account) address list, all separate lists. Originally the earthlink address list was empty but I imported the earthink address book from another computer. The HP
    all-In-One computer is running Win10, Office 2019, this is the computer I am having trouble with. Not sure if the problem is unique to Outlook 2019 or not. If you look at the Outlook email file structure under on the desktop unit you can see the earthlink email structure has a contact sub-folder. This is not the case in the All-In-One system. Only an outlook contact sub-folder is available. I was wondering how I can add a contact sub-folder.

    To better assist you, please clarify the following:

    • Is the Address book that you are referring to for your Outlook account?
    • Do you want to receive emails from selected email addresses only?
    • Any troubleshooting steps that you’ve done so far?

    How do I get Outlook 2010 to export the correct address book

    I have three options listed in Outlook when I try to export a CSV contact list from the address book.. Myself, another person, and the 'Outlook Data File'. I am the default person.

    When you open the address book, the choice that has the current contacts is my name-contacts. When you go to the export file section, it is called suggested contacts. If I export this file and open it in excel, it shows names and street addresses with no email address listed. There are also names in the file that are no longer in my address book.

    How do I get the address book to export the current list from my address book, and how do I get the excel file to show the email address?
