Windows 10: Microsoft Outlook password recovery

I had setup my computer three years back and used a new microsoft outlook account that I never used and therefore could not remember what I had used as a password. Since then I have not needed this password for any purpose.

Now I have to install an SSD and cloning my HDD to SSD. The system is asking me for this password for changing into the BIOS.

I have tried different ways to request for changing this password and the questions asked and information to be sent to require my old cell phone to send the code or the questionair to fill out that in multiple occasion has come back as incorrect.

Is there a way I can change this email address and password or just get rid of it, if possible.
