Windows 10: Microsoft Partner Selling Illegitimate Keys

Dear Microsoft Support,would like to report a fraudulent business that is actively misusing Microsoft's name and partnership status to scam customers.There are two websites involved:http://hypestkey.comhttps://hypestkeys.comBoth of these websites are selling stolen/oem Windows license keys. The first site offers Windows keys for around $25, while the second one sells the same keys for $10–$13, presenting them as legitimate licenses. Selling windows without a product key.

Can all types of microsoft partners sell windows with a product key? I know to look for a COA, but how can you verify if someone is legal to sell in the first place? Is there a way to check if someone is really a microsoft partner before buying from them?

 

Illegitimate license key

I bought a Windows 10 pro product key off of a website called G2Deal for an insanely cheap price that I couldn't pass up at the time. A friend who is more informed about these kinds of things said that the key is almost definitely an illegitimate one.

I apparently clicked yes on the setting that asked if I wanted to link my MS account with my Windows product key and would like to know how to remove the illegitimate product key from my MS account.
