Windows 10: Microsoft Password not being recognized when trying to uninstall latest quality update

I am trying to uninstall the latest quality update because my computer keeps restarting to try and install another windows update, only for it to not work time and time again. I looked for a solution, and was told to uninstall the latest windows update. However, I am unable to go through the uninstall process because windows is not recognizing my account password. I'm absolutely positive that I am entering it correctly. Can someone please tell me what my issue might be and how to complete this task?Thank you.

My laptop had a windows update failure and it is not starting up. I wanted to uninstall latest quality update but it kept on saying that my password is incorrect. How to uninstall it? Please help.

 

Can't uninstall latest quality update

After an update some of my apps broke so I wanted to uninstall the latest quality update but it keeps telling me the password is incorrect even though I've checked and the password is correct. Also tried changing it and is still says the same thing. Any help?
