Windows 10: Microsoft Phone Link Camera does not transmit Audio with the video stream

Using it with Android 9+, everything works fine with phone link, the camera also transmits video 720 p only, despite the camera being able to record at least 1080p, but oh well Its the rear camera the better one on the POCOFONE F1 , im monitoring my washing machine atm ^^I wonder why i dont get any sound in live video, what good is a webcam if cant get any audio with it. The camera appon the phone of course captures audio when in camera/video mode, so thats not the issue.There is no seperate microphone setting for that in phone link, camera etc., also theres no virtual audio input device f

Double Audio Feed while streaming live video on Microsoft Edge

Method 1:

I suggest you to reset the settings on the Microsoft Edge web browser to check if it helps to resolve the issue.

Steps to Reset Edge:-

1.
First of all launch Microsoft Edge Browser.

2.
After that click on “More action” option which is visible at top right side of the browser and you will see “Settings” option.

3.
Under “Settings” scroll down and you will see a button “Choose what to clear” under “Clear browsing data” option.

4.
Once you click on this option you will see list of feature like

• Browsing History
• Cookies and saved website data
• Cached data and file
• Download history
• Form data
• Password.

Method 2: Run the Audio Troubleshooter on the system

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Sound. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Audio

Refer these steps:

1. Press
Windows key +X, select Control panel.

2. Change the
view by option on the top right to Large icons.

3. Click on
troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel

4. Run the
playing Audio troubleshooter

I know how to transfer files between phones using bluetooth but is it possible to stream live video and/or audio between phone using bluetooth?
