  1. Microsoft Phone Link - Windows 10

I've done a fresh install of Windows 10 Pro and MicroSoft Phone Link is not there.I've searched for information and, despite most "help" from MS saying it should be, I cannot find it.If I go to a link on the store it very helpfully says "You Own This App" and will not let me install it. How and where can I get this piece of software please? Many Thanks in Advance

    :)
