Windows 10: Microsoft Phonetic/Bopomofo

Discus and support Microsoft Phonetic/Bopomofo in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; having difficulty to switch from English input to Microsoft Phonetic or Bomopomofo, everytime I hit "Shift" bottom, an error message pops out saying:...     Microsoft Phonetic/Bopomofo


    having difficulty to switch from English input to Microsoft Phonetic or Bomopomofo, everytime I hit "Shift" bottom, an error message pops out saying: "Downloading Language Dictionary......Thanks for waiting, and please connect to Internet." Which my laptop is connected, and I tried other input method and have no issue switching from English when I hit "Shift" bottom.

    Hello,

    To better assist you, kindly answer these questions:

    • Are you referring to an Office application in Windows 10 to see a list phonetic alphabet?
    • If you're not referring to Office app, are you referring to an alphabet application where you can download in Windows 10?
    • What specific activity you're trying to do with the list of phonetic alphabet?
