Windows 10: Microsoft photo installation/ Mail login 0x80070003 error

Hello.I have modified my localappdata and appdata locations to be somewhere else than C and that worked first time but after I had troubles with my pc and stuff. I reinstalled windows.. anyways when i redid the process. The mail just decided not to work and give me this error. I did not care to be honest. Now when I cleared caches service workers in the appdata modified locations and after since microsoft photo has stopped working and giving me some error when trying to run it. I forgot its content. I just reset the app and it vanished! just vanished! I tried to reinstall it from store but i

Error code 0x80070003, while trying to sync Mail app. Windows 10.

I have tried all suggestions but nothing works. I cannot sync mail in windows 10 mail app. I get error code 0x80070003. Please help! Microsoft is getting rid of Windows Live Mail which really works, and I cannot make the mail app work.
