    Microsoft Photos 2021 adds a red tint to all pictures. Only on viewing.


    Hello, since about a week ago when I open pictures double click to view them with Microsoft Photos 2021, they appear with a red tint.When I use different applications they appear normally.Does anyone have a solution?

    Its all photos / FB photos videos etc…

    It on stationary photos (saved in file) as well as while on the FB

    Not all print is crystal clear…as with this em icons are clear

    Just photos and video

    I use I explorer and g chrome

    Same on both

    I may have accidentally reset something

    I really appreciate your help

    Hello Michael,

    To properly isolate the issue, we would like to know more. Kindly clarify the following:

    • What application are you using to view the saved photos?
    • Are you getting the red tint when viewing it from the File Explorer?
    • How are you accessing Facebook? Is it through an app or though a browser? (If so, what browser?)

    We will wait for your response.
