Microsoft Photos - Making a Video - A/V not synced.

I make cosplay videos on Tik Tok/Instagram and then upload them to my PC, put into a slideshow, and upload the compilation to YouTube. I got a new phone and the Instagram videos don't turn out very well visually, so I switched to uploading the Tik Tok version. However, when uploaded and played on my PC, the audio no longer syncs with the video. The Instagram videos don't have a problem, but I don't want to use them, I want to use the Tik Tok version. I don't know what the difference is because both versions are MP4s. I would assume the problem lies with the PC, especially Photos. When I open the videos up individually in the movie player, they do the same thing: the audio and video don't sync. What is happening here?

    :)

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

We understand the difficulties you are facing with the Photos App, while exporting video project. We were able to create and export the video project. So the issue could be with photos app installed in the PC. I would suggest you
to follow the steps mentioned in these methods.

Method 1: Please refer the steps as mentioned in

    1. Open PowerShell (Admin). Right click on the start button and then on PowerShell (Admin).
    2. Then type: get-appxpackage *Microsoft.Windows.Photos* | remove-appxpackage
    3. Once the above command is successful. You can install the Photo app from Microsoft Store.
