Microsoft Photos "Remove this tag" doesn't work Win 10

Microsoft Photos on Windows 10 has recognised and tagged loads of people / faces that I don't wish to be tagged. I use the "Remove this tag" feature but a minute later the tag reappears. I've followed the advice of various support articles including Can´t remove tags from people in fotos app - Microsoft Community but nothing seems to work.I've run PowerShell administrator commands:Get-AppxPackage -allusers Microsoft.Windows.Photos Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$$_.InstallLocation\AppXManifest.xml"}andget-appxpackage *Microsoft.Windows.Photos* remove-appx

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

    Thanks again!!

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

I ran SeaTools. These are the results:

Does it mean my HDD is useless?

Can´t remove tags from people in fotos app

Hello there (please get the reference),

I saved all my pictures to OneDrive, and now the photos app sorted them to show me people (I think it is a well known feature). But I have a few people I don´t want to be listed there, so there is the "remove tag" feature. But it does not work. A few seconds
after I removed the tag, they are back. I could delete the photos, but I don´t want to.

    System Information:

    Windows: Windows 10 Pro 1809 (17763.195)

    • Name: Surface-Pro-6
    • Product: Surface Pro 6 Consumer i5 Modell 1796 (8GB RAM, 265GB SSD)
