Windows 10: Microsoft Photos / Video Editor : Custom Audio does NOT work even with the latest version

Hello @MS Answers Community & Mods,In MS Video Editor : Add Audio File does NOT work even with the latest version.- When I go to the "Custom Audio" tab- Click on "Add Audio File" and browse for an MP3 / WAV in a Folder that's added to my Library- It indeed lists the Audio File in the Left-Sidebar, and is checked- On the bottom, the timeline shows 2 markers / handles- I can move them together left and rightISSUE: I CAN'T change the Begining / End with these markers, because they're stuck together somehow.So when set them at the Beginning, and click "DONE", no music is inserted into the

Issues with Microsoft photo editor

2. Are you aware of any changes made on your computer recently?
   
3. What exactly happen when you try to use the Photo editor?
   
4. Which version of Windows are you currently using?
   

I understand you are facing issues with Photo editor application, if you are using the Photo editor app which is downloaded from Microsoft Store, I suggest you to refer the following article and try few troubleshooting
steps to fix issues with Photo editor
and check if that helps.

Microsoft has replaced Photo Editor with Microsoft Office Picture Manager, a new photo editing and cataloging program in Office 2010, in Office 2007, and in Office 2003.

If the application has been removed from your PC, when you install Microsoft Office 2010, Microsoft Office 2007, or Microsoft Office 2003, I suggest you to refer the following article to reinstall

Photo Editor and check if that helps.

How to upload my own personal audio in Microsoft Photo's "Background music" (not Custom audio)?

Hi Smug,

Thanks for responding. Custom audio is used to use your own audio file for the video. Means if you want to narrate something for the video, you can record your audio and use it for custom audio. Background music you can use from the list of tracks, Microsoft
provided.

I have created my video like the same way. I used a mild background music from Microsoft's default audio library and on top of that, I have uploaded my own narration as custom audio. But the file which we import from custom audio, won't become a part of
background music. Please see the attachment in my question, that will give you little idea.

The older version of Photos had that capability, but I am now using the latest version of Photos.

Please suggest me a very good video editor and a photo editor (although inbuilt photo editing is there but still if there is any better) for my nokia 808 pureview white and from where i can download these and install in my mobile.
