Windows 10: Microsoft photos wont install... "try again later, Something happened on our end"

Discus and support Microsoft photos wont install... "try again later, Something happened on our end" in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; i uninstalled the Photos app, tried to re-install it but it showed a error message.     Microsoft photos wont install... "try again later, Something happened on our end"


    i uninstalled the Photos app, tried to re-install it but it showed a error message. Saying "try again later, Something happened on our end" I tried your recommendation to another victim by running ncpa ........ and IPv4 settings of 4221 and 4222. Entry only allows three digits, not four. I don't believe my issue is with connection to the internet. what do you recommend ?
