Windows 10: Microsoft Picture It Digital Image Pro conflict with Windows Updates

After update of Windows, MS Picture It Digital Image Pro stop open files. I have reinstalled the program with no success. Consulted a back-up on my regedit and noted a line modified on : Ordinateur\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microdoft\Windows\Applets\Regdit -» LastKey REG_SZ Ordinateur\HKEY_LLOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Mixand I have change to -» LastKey REG_SZ Ordinateur\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths\pip.exe After rebooting my PC ordinateur in french Picture was working fine. My question is : Do Windows update change the regedit without my con

• What changes have you made on your computer that caused you to perform a system restore?
• What error message are you getting whenever you try to install Digital Image Pro?
• Did you purchase Digital Image Pro from the Windows Store?

Meanwhile, we suggest that you access safe mode on Windows 10 by following the steps on this

link and follow the section that says From Settings. Once on safe mode, try to install Digital Image Pro and see if you'll encounter any issues.

To help you with your concern regarding the MS Digital Image Pro, I would suggest you look for another application same as the said app that is compatible with Windows 10. Here are the operating systems that are only compatible with Microsoft Digital Image
Pro :

• Microsoft Windows 2000
• Microsoft Windows 98
• Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition
• Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
• Microsoft Windows XP Professional

Microsoft Digital Image Pro 10 (the last version of Picture It

Dear Microsoft Powers That Be... PLEASE BRING BACK MICROSOFT DIGITAL IMAGE PRO!!! It is by far the best photo software for the layman like myself. I have yet to find one that can do what Digital Image Pro (aka Picture It) can do. I had it on my old laptop
(Windows 10) but it will not load on my new laptop (also Windows 10)!! This is not good!!! I started using Picture It back in the mid 90's. It came with my very first desktop computer. It changed from Picture It to Digital Image Pro which was still just
as user friendly. I am heartbroken I can't use this anymore and have not found anything that is comparable to replace it. Photoshop is way too expensive and you need to take classes to learn how to use it. HELP!!

Is there any chance they'd bring Digital Image Pro back or another similar photo editing program?? Please, please, please will you consider binging it back or at least can you make it so we can still use Microsoft Digital Image Pro on the newer laptops!?
