Windows 10: MICROSOFT PLEASE HELP .. Lost my pin for Dell XP 9560. Can't get into laptop

Hello,

I have Dell XP 15 9560 laptop. When I turn on, it is asking for PIN. I did not remember my pin and there is no option to use password or no link for for forgot my pin..
I restored to previous backup, but it is asking for PIN. I do remember my password but not my PIN.


I have some important files.

Dell XPS 9560 - Daily BSODs

All steps completed. Had to install the new drivers from safe mode, as Windows kept automatically re-installing them too quickly from normal boot.

Unfortunately, monitor has not started working again.

Dell XPS 15 9560 Microsoft Signature Edition coil whine

Hi all,

I have purchased a Dell XPS 15 9560 from Microsoft Store a month ago. However, I am detecting coil whine sounds coming from the laptop ONLY when the laptop is fully charged and plugged in a power point. The sound is not present when laptop is being used
during any other situations. Upon conducting some research, I have discovered that this issue was faced by previous users as well in which it was discovered that this was due to a defect in the model of chargers supplied by Dell. Links below:
