Windows 10: Microsoft please make the text color change based on the wallpaper color!!!

Your solution now is to have white text with a black drop shadow, but when on a white background it's horrendous to read or even to look at! Image below as an example.I already tried the high contrast mode but that's not what i need or want. It should by default switch between white or black text depending on the color of the background image.

Close all open windows, restart the computer once and then login to the computer to check if that helps.

Changing Text Color

I am using the Paint software that came with my WIndows 10 os. I am not able to change the color of the text I put on a picture. It is on a dark background, so I would like like to make the text white. How can I do this?

I have tried all of the regular steps, highlighting the text and selecting white from both the text palate and the text color shortcuts, "color 1 and color 2" that appear in the tools section. Neither works.

Please help.
