Windows 10: Microsoft popup asking to sign in for Microsoft Apps and Services

I am on a Dell Lattitude 9410 operating on Windows 11, Edition Windows 11 Pro Version 22H2 Installed on ‎4/‎8/‎2023 OS build 22621.2215 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22662.1000.0 I continously received popup windoe asking me to sign in to combine emails for microsoft app and servcices. How do i stop this ?

Microsoft to Acquire Nokia's Devices & Services Business

The Chief Executive of Nokia Stephen Elop will step aside and return to Microsoft, his position at Microsoft is not yet disclosed but it is being rumored that Mr. Elop will be signed as the CEO for Microsoft once Ballmer hands in his resignation in the coming year.


As demands grow weak for Nokia’s mobile devices the company is faced with cash-flow problems. It has lost a majority of its market share to Apple and Samsung.
"It's a bold step into the future - a win-win for employees, shareholders and consumers of both companies," Microsoft's outgoing CEO, Steve Ballmer, said in a statement.

Microsoft Account Not signing in .

I can't sign in microsoft account, it says problem signing in microsoft account on the device, we need an activation code. I asked how to get activation code

 

Microsoft Launches Online Office Service

In an attempt to counter the success of Google’s online office applications, Microsoft has just launched the beta of its new Office Live Workspace. The service allows users to share, collaborate and comment on Microsoft Office documents such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint files. However, unlike Google’s service, Microsoft requires that users own a copy of Microsoft Office in order to use the service, and users who wish to make changes will have to open their copy of Office and then upload any alterations once complete. The service is compatible with both Office 2003 and 2007 - if you want to take a look you can sign up for free by visiting the Office Live website. Microsoft has also renamed the current Office Live service to Office Live Small Business.
