Windows 10: Microsoft PopUp Window

For the last few months, almost every tim I use my comutert, a gre;y pop up window fills 90% of my display. After what feels like a lenghty delay, a window opens offering access to news, weather, frinance and entertainment that I might like. It identifies itself as a Microsot offering. Ihavew never clicked on any of the links, I NEVER will. I have never found a way to close the window. I have found that my only option is to walk away, do something else for a whhile, and when I come back, my conputer screen wll be back to what it ws befor I was RUDELY interupted. How do I stop this scree

I would give the other 3 options mentioned in the first guide:

• STEP 3: Use HitmanPro to scan for malware and unwanted programs
• (Optional) STEP 4: Reset the browser settings to their original defaults
• (Optional) STEP 5: Double-check for malicious programs with Zemana AntiMalware

And I would start with Step 4, resetting your browser

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
