Windows 10: Microsoft Premium Solitaire - paid for entire year in Dec - started getting ads again last week

this is on my desktop. Have deleted the app and reinstalled,still same result. Logged out many timesand back in, still same result. tried changing my user name and logging in again, still getting ads. Doesautomatically login to my XBOX account but still gives ads. Very frustrating!!

trying to get rid of ads on Microsoft Solitaire Collection

I purchased premium ad free for my Microsoft Solitaire collection and I am still getting ads. I had this service for a year with no problem. Then the renewal came and I waited a few days before I paid. It was okay for almost three weeks but a week ago
I started seeing ads and am being asked to purchase the premium app. I have tried to talk to Microsoft support but they could not solve the problem. How do I reach the proper person at microsoft that can help me. I have my proof of payment and order number.

 

Microsoft Solitaire Collection Premium Edition

I paid the annual fee for the Premium Edition of the Microsoft Solitaire Collection but suddenly this past week it stopped working. Who do you contact to get this restored to eliminate ads. I also have the premium edition for Ultimate Word Games and
it works as it should

I paid for Microsoft Solitaire premium on 9/2/2015 (annual fee.) Was ok until about 2 weeks ago, now seeing ads again and regularly asked to pay for premium game. What can I do to fix this?
