Windows 10: Microsoft Print to PDF driver not working when print starting at page 2 - produces 0 or 1...

When I use the Microsoft Print to PDF driver from Word and print only page 2 I get a 0 kb file.When I use the Microsoft Print to PDF driver from Excel and print only page 2 I get a 1 kb file.It works fine if I use it to print from Adobe Acrobat using the same driver. Here is a screenshot of the folder list.The Notice of Retainer and Authorization to Appear is a two-page document. The pdf of that shown is the Save As version of that.The other pdfs were all produced using Microsoft Print to PDF driver for the first page or the second page. The Excel file is a different one but there was plenty o

How can i print any page as PDF[ to save it as pdf and print later]
[PDFprinter/tinypdf in print option-i had this earlier but after new installation it's gone..]

i dont want to install additional software..any plugin or osmething for same?

I use Sibelius Software and recently the Microsoft Print to pdf hasn't been working properly. In looking for a solution it was suggested that I remove it from the computer and reinstall the driver etc. It looked easy to do. I followed the steps as told (way

But when I started the process of reinstalling it in 'add devices and printers' and came to the bit about chosing a device I wasn't offered 'The printer that I want isn't listed' option, but instead it said 'can't find what you're looking for' and when I
pressed that link it took me to a Microsoft page about Bluetooth. I'm not sure how to get round this?

How can I reinstall the pdf printer?

That's what I did -- every .pdf I tried to produce with the Microsoft Print to .pdf driver came back 0 MB and wouldn't open.
