    Microsoft print to PDF in Microsoft edge


    When I print using Microsoft print to PDF printer option in Microsoft Edge it asked me for the destination for the PDF file to go to, which I then choose. However, it also automatically downloads to my Downloads folder giving me two copies in two separate destination folders. How can I prevent the second print to my Downloads folder. I am using Windows 10.

    • What are the documents that you're trying to save as a PDF file?

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

    To understand the issue better, I suggest you to answer the below questions.

    • What happens when you select small bunch of images and try to print?
    • Is the issue specific to the Microsoft Print to PDF?
    I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps you.

    • Create a new folder and copy the images you want in PDF.
    • Sort the images as you want. (It always copies as per the sorted time/date)
    • Set the images in Order/Sequence as you want it to be set in PDF.
    • Select all and Print it to PDF.

    How to print pdf's in Microsoft Edge?

    Help! Suddenly I am unable to print pdf's that are in Microsoft Edge. I have tried all suggestions posted on this site and some others. When trying to print to my default printer, nothing happens. When changing to "Microsoft Print to PDF" I can save
    it, but can not print the saved document either. This problem just started last week.
