    Microsoft Print to PDF makes text unselectable in Vector PDF and Hyperlinks unclickable.


    I use Microsoft 365 Personal and Outlook Desktop program comes with it.


    I need to save my email transcripts as a PDF Files. But when I use the Microsoft Print to PDF in the printer option, the text becomes un selectable and hyperlinks stopped working.

    I can use other printer drivers but that comes with watermarks for trial version or some other markers.


    The output PDF is in vector format only. But the text is not searchable or selectable. What am I doing wrong?

    Hello,

    How can i print any page as PDF[ to save it as pdf and print later]
    [PDFprinter/tinypdf in print option-i had this earlier but after new installation it's gone..]

    i dont want to install additional software..any plugin or osmething for same?

    I use:
    • UnityPDF to merge/split PDFs and to insert/extract pages
    • doPDF to create PDFs from any program that is capable of printing
    • Foxit Reader to view PDFs and to type in them
