Windows 10: Microsoft Print to PDF - the document is different from what I see on the monitor

Trying to print a Medicare claim to a pdf which I've done hundreds of times over the years. Recently, what I see on screen is not how it is displayed on both the print window and on the final document itself. I've tried Save as PDF, Nitro Pro 8, Microsoft Print to PDF. Using Windows 10 Home. See screenshots below. To understand the issue better, I suggest you to answer the below questions.

• What happens when you select small bunch of images and try to print?
• Is the issue specific to the Microsoft Print to PDF?

I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps you.

• Create a new folder and copy the images you want in PDF.
• Sort the images as you want. (It always copies as per the sorted time/date)
• Set the images in Order/Sequence as you want it to be set in PDF.
• Select all and Print it to PDF.

• Open the file you want to print in Word, Pdf or Notepad/WordPad.
• Press Ctrl + P key to open print option.
  
• Select the Printer and desired page layout.
• Click on Print and check if it works.
