Can I buy OEM licenses from Amazon to Install on a Computer I intend to Sell?

I am intending to build custom spec computers for clients and sell them.

I also plan to do everything by the book and want to ensure I have understood the use of OEM licences correctly

My understanding is an OEM licence can be used if the intention is to sell the computer and not for personal use.

I also read there are authorised sellers for the licences and Amazon is one of them (although i could not see it in the list of UK resellers when i checked the website:

Would I be correct in saying I could purchase Microsfot Windows & Microsoft Office OEM licences from Amazon for use on a new computer build that I plan to sell?
