Windows 10: Microsoft Puzzle Size

I am having a problem with Microsoft Jigsaw Pluzzle Classic size...Windows 10 games on Dell laptop. Three days ago, my puzzles were showing up just fine. Now all of the puzzle pieces and pictures of the puzzles are about half the size that they have always been. I have my display size setting at 125% where I have ALWAYS had it, but even changing it to 150% does not make the puzzle size much better. In a 150 piece puzzle size looks oka until you hit arrange, and then everything gets way smaller. In order to use the zoom feature to make the puzzles bigger, you have to move ALL of the pi

You can try the step below to check the last solved puzzle.

Method: Check last played game.

1. Open Jigsaw Puzzle.
   
2. Search for My account and you will see images below
   My account, click on the image and all your last solved puzzle will be there.

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community forums.



The limit of 4 custom puzzles is due to the UserPuzzles folder being full. To add more than 4 custom puzzles, I suggest you to try the steps listed below and check if it works.

• Open File Explorer and navigate to the following location:

C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftJigsaw_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\UserPuzzles\UserPuzzlesPack

Note: UserName is your username.

• Delete or Rename the folder
  UserPuzzles inside UserPuzzlesPack.
• Delete or Rename the file:
  puzzles.xml
• Exit File Explorer and try creating the custom puzzles again.

If you’re speaking about moving the user puzzle files, you may copy it to any desired location. For more information, I suggest you to go through

Microsoft Jigsaw: cannot purchase more puzzles

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community.

• What all the troubleshooting steps have you tried to resolve the issue?

I suggest you to logout and login into computer and then try to purchase the puzzle collection and check if the issue persists or not.

I suggest you to install all the latest pending Windows updates as below and check if it helps.

• Go to “settings” and click on “update and security”.
• Under tab “Windows update”, click on the icon “check for updates”.
• Then once you find the pending updates install it and check.
