Windows 10: Microsoft Puzzle

I have been using Microsoft Puzzle app for years on my computer. Recently, every time I open it all of my previously obtained puzzles are missing as well as my count changes constantly. It used to have a message "Syncing Data - Please wait" with a spinning circle and then all your puzzles would appear. Now I receive 1500 score and maybe 2 free puzzles and that is all. So, I reset the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times. It looks good and it has a little rectangle on each puzzle that I had for downloading again. And, just when I set it all up as it was ... it disappears the next time I enter. This is the most baffling experience. It is as if it is no longer connected to the iCloud yet it recognizes my old puzzles and every now and then it give a correct cumulative total until it deletes it again. I have not changed my computer. I have not changed my login or password. I am not having any other challenges with any other Microsoft app. Please explain what is happening and how to correct it as soon as possible. Your assistance would be most appreciated as I am not the only person having this problem.

Microsoft Classic Jigsaw Puzzles - How to re-look at solved puzzles

You can try the step below to check the last solved puzzle.

Method: Check last played game.

1. Open Jigsaw Puzzle.
   
2. Search for My account and you will see images below
   My account, click on the image and all your last solved puzzle will be there.

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community forums.



The limit of 4 custom puzzles is due to the UserPuzzles folder being full. To add more than 4 custom puzzles, I suggest you to try the steps listed below and check if it works.

• Open File Explorer and navigate to the following location:

C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftJigsaw_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\UserPuzzles\UserPuzzlesPack

Note: UserName is your username.

• Delete or Rename the folder
  UserPuzzles inside UserPuzzlesPack.
• Delete or Rename the file:
  puzzles.xml
• Exit File Explorer and try creating the custom puzzles again.

If you’re speaking about moving the user puzzle files, you may copy it to any desired location. For more information, I suggest you to go through

Microsoft Jigsaw: cannot purchase more puzzles

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community.

• What all the troubleshooting steps have you tried to resolve the issue?

I suggest you to logout and login into computer and then try to purchase the puzzle collection and check if the issue persists or not.

I suggest you to install all the latest pending Windows updates as below and check if it helps.

• Go to “settings” and click on “update and security”.
• Under tab “Windows update”, click on the icon “check for updates”.
• Then once you find the pending updates install it and check.
