Hi folks,

i have a broken dongle for the "wireless 850 desktop" keyboard and mouse combo.

Is there a way to order a replacement dongle?

 

Microsoft Wireless 850 Keyboard Update & Battery Led Doesn't Work

Hi everyone. I just bought a Microsoft Wireless 850 Desktop mouse and keyboard. Both of them work nicely except keyboard's battery indicator. I tried Mouse and Keyboard center but there was no option there. I tried to install the update given there (Hardware warranty, services, and repair)
but it says "no keyboard found".

Note: I've created this question using the set so my transreceiver is plugged and working.

 

Wireless Desktop 850 with AES (PY9-00018)- compliant issue with ACMA (Australia and New Zealand)

Hi all,

Anyone know if the Wireless Desktop 850 with AES (PY9-00018) comply to Australia's wireless and EMC requirements? I found the mouse came without the RCM nor C-TICK mark but the datasheet mentioned that it complied to ACMA Declaration of Conformity (for Australia
and New Zealand)

Mouse Model: 1454 - RCM mark not on the mouse label.

Is there an Australia government (or Microsoft) database to confirm whether the product is compliant to ACMA/RCM requirement?
