Windows 10: Microsoft Quick Assist remote support messes up font

When using Microsoft Support they connect to your computer using Quick Assist, when this happens the font becomes unclear. I have to go to ClearType text in Start Menu, disable and re-enable it to fix it. Does anyone else have this? I found Microsoft forum posts of it happening to others back in 2018. Nearly 5 years later and it still happens?

Quick Assist, Remote Assist and Remote Desktop and RemoteApp

Here's an answer I got from a Microsoft MVP (this is not microsoft staff but instead a microsoft certification program)

Remote Desktop - allows you to connect to another computer. This isn't really intended for use in troubleshooting, and doesn't allow two people to see the same screen at the same time. It lets you use another computer as if you were sitting in front of it.

Remote App - similar to Remote Desktop, but is intended for companies to allow their workers to connect to their workplace computers and can be used to remotely use an entire desktop, or only remotely use one specific app at a time.

Quick Assist - a way to get or provide help, allows two people to work on the same computer at the same time.

Remote Assistance - the old version of Quick Assist, first built in Windows Me/Windows XP decades ago, it's only still included for people that still need to support such old systems. Quick Assist is the new / modern way of accomplishing the same task.

What's the diference between Quick Assist, Remote Assist. Remote Desktop and RemoteApp?
Microsoft offers 4 different ways for the user to share their screen in order to receive technical support from someone more knowledgable. Yes four. I'm using Windows 10 20H2
