Discus and support Microsoft recovery isnt letting me post more info in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I got hacked so now my email and password was changed and i know the email it was changed to but the Microsoft recovery ticket or ai keep declining it...     Microsoft recovery isnt letting me post more info


    I got hacked so now my email and password was changed and i know the email it was changed to but the Microsoft recovery ticket or ai keep declining it due to lack of info when it wont let me send pictures as proof of owner ship. In summery I got hacked and I need help recovering it.

    Windows 10 ( new build) won't let me make a recovery USB.

    I have no problems, I just want to make a recovery usb and Windows won't let me and I seem two one of the few with the problem.

    Macrium never worked for me, not to say it won't this time.

    But I already own AOMEI.

    Later or tomorrow I will try steps 3 on as suggested above.
