Windows 10: Microsoft recovery team not responding to case that I have

So my account was hijacked and my email, password and security info were changed. I was able to get minor access into my account by doing a password recovery and done a security info replacement on November 2nd 2022 which activated on December 2nd 2022. Before that was activated my account got locked just because my security info was changed. I am able to get full access to my account which I made my next move on around December. I went go and submit my problem to a forum and within a few days, I've not had gotten a response at all. I went to submit another one and no response again. I've been

Normally when you get this error, you should confirm first using teams on the web to see if there is nothing wrong with your account. Please use this link to do so. Checking your credentials..., also check your network connection.

After confirming that everything is fine from there, I would suggest you to clear your teams cache using this steps.

• Log out of teams
  

• Quit Microsoft Teams. Right-click the icon and select Quit.
  
• Cut and paste the following location into File Explorer: %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams
  
• Delete the contents of the entire folder.
  
• Restart Microsoft Team
  
• Login again.
  

After that sign in first using your education account.
