Windows 10: Microsoft Refund

Hello,


A few days ago, I decided to start a refund on one of my purchases since I purchased the wrong version. I used the Digital Game Purchase Refund form to attempt a refund. The purchase that I started a refund on was eligible to be returned, and it began to be processed. About two days later, I decided to cancel the refund since there was no reply from Microsoft. About an hour or two after I cancelled it, I got a reply from Microsoft and they closed my return request. After making a decision with my friends to officially refund the game, the Digital Game Purchase Refund form said that my refund was "declined" while I had cancelled the refund. Now that the refund is declined, I cannot start another refund form and submit it to Microsoft for review. Is it possible to request a refund?


Edit: I have purchased the game for about three days and have played a little bit of the game.

Microsoft one year plan advised and purchased download replacing Windows will resolve problems. Windows unchanged. Where to get Microsoft refund?

I bought Microsoft Assure one year plan. I was assured by the

Microsoft agent the steps to follow the purchase of the plan

would resolve the problems with system files error As it is all

the problems remain without a fix.

How to get a refund now? What category does Microsoft

list refunds?

• Click the Payment & billing tab.
• Select Order History.
