Windows 10: Microsoft Remote Desktop - first time I log in from my MAC to windows PC, it will not connect

The first time I log in from my MAC to windows PC, it will not connect. I have to manually turn off the PC and then turn it back on to get the MAC to communicate to the PC via MRD. It happens every time. Does anybody know why?Please see photo of what happens on the first time.

Remote Desktop Connection from Mac to PC

I need help setting up a remote connection from my Mac to my PC. I've enabled the remote desktop on my PC and I've added my PC to the Microsoft Remote Desktop on my Mac but I cannot get them to connect.

Okay guys need some help here before going crazy...
I am trying to setup a remote desktop connection and see exactly what the logged on user is looking at with out going through Windows Remote Desktop.

Since its local network I don't have any password or want to setup a password.

Any suggestions are appreciated
