  1. Microsoft requesting credentials for every program, every day

My computer has recently started asking for my credentials every time I turn my computer on after the initial login screen, once the computer is booted. I get notifications about "work or school account problem" and "Microsoft account problem," as well as some individual programs requiring additional logins mostly OneDrive & Outlook. Specific websites Amazon, my bank, etc. will also prompt me for one-time verification codes like when you use a new computer for the first time, even though I always tell them to remember this computer.

All of this began after installing the latest Windows 10 update a few weeks ago. None of my setting appear to have changed so I don't know what could be causing this, or how my Microsoft accounts and these random websites may be connected.

After installing the update, it prompted me to set up facial ID and a PIN, so I did that and those settings got forgotten, too by the next time I started the computer. I ran another update about a week ago, once again set up my facial ID & PIN only for it to be forgotten. At this point I've spent a lot of time trying solutions I found online and from tech support at my school and nothing has worked. Help!?

    :)

  2. Microsoft signals end of Paint program

Microsoft has confirmed that it will continue to offer its graphics program Paint.

In a recent update, it had listed Paint as a feature that would be either removed or no longer developed.

Paint, renowned for its simplicity, has been part of the Windows operating system since its launch in 1985.

Microsoft suggested it would not remain on Windows 10 by default but did say it would be available for free on the Windows Store.
