Windows 10: Microsoft Rewards Customer Support are Incompetent

I have been logging on and completing the tasks each day for Microsoft Rewards and unexpectedly my streak count was reset to 0 even though my streak was unbroken. I have been writing to Support for a resolution and just get nowhere, even offering to give them a screenshot of the day in question which proves that I did log on to rewards. They close the ticket before I can respond and give me a stock standard response inviting me to offer them screenshots which they have obviously no intention of looking at. I find this completely unethical and I am wondering if they are incompetent or scammers

Many thanks for your quick reply, but this is the same guide I used except I skipped HitmanPro as I thought scanning with 3 reputable antimalware programs should be enough
