Windows 10: Microsoft Rewards Customer Support isn't responding

I have contacted that form quite a few times and it's been several weeks since the first time I contacted it. What happened to my requests?

Many thanks for your quick reply, but this is the same guide I used except I skipped HitmanPro as I thought scanning with 3 reputable antimalware programs should be enough
