Windows 10: Microsoft rewards icon & balance not showing up on windows 10 search bar

The microsoft rewards icon & balance used to appear on the search bar window. As someone who uses the search bar to search on bing very frequently, I used to earn points on my searches. However, for the past few months, this icon has dissappeared and I'm not earning any reward points for my searches. I have tried absolutely everything to bring it back. Here are the things I have done.I've updated my windows 10 pc to the lastest software update. I even upgraded to windows 11 only to find out that it still wasn't there on the search bar. I downgraded back to windows 10 since it runs signifi

In the past it used to show the MS Rewards balance but now it dissapeared. I've already enabled MS Account under History and Permissions settings

How to remove Microsoft Rewards balance

When I click "Type here to search" in the taskbar, an ad at the top of the search window counts up to 5 to show me my "Microsoft Rewards balance." This would already be an intrusive ad even without it moving, but the animation of it counting 1, 2, 3, 4,
5 every time I go to search is very distracting. Is there any way to remove this? I paid more than $1,000 for this computer only to be met with ads?
