*Please log out then close your browser and afterward, log back into your MS rewards account.

*Please try using another web browser and see if the issue persists there.

*Please disable any VPN or Proxy if you have any.

Microsoft rewards won't available in Malaysia

This is Wil, one of the independent advisor and an expert with Windows 10.

I understand your concern with Microsoft Rewards availability in Malaysia.

We are on the same page here as it is not yet available as well here in the Philippines. But Microsoft gradually introduces the Microsoft Rewards program across the globe. As of the moment, Microsoft Rewards is available in 21 countries and only available in
HK, Singapore, Taiwan, and Japan for Asia. I'm sure that Microsoft would eventually release it on different regions as Microsoft Rewards offers and redemption catalogs vary across regions.
