Windows 10: Microsoft Roblox crashing after a few seconds.

After trying to open roblox it just stays at the "ROBLOX" screen for a few second then closes itself. On processes I saw windows problem reporting with the Roblox process. There were no error codes until I opened file location and tried running the Windows10Universal and it showed a bunch of dll's missing. vccorlib140_app.dll msvcp140_app.dll concrt140_app.dll vcruntime140_app.dll were not found I already tried the following:Repairing, Resetting, Reinstalling and Updating everything in Windows Store and its Apps Including RobloxUpdating DriversReinstalling and verifying I have the missing

Roblox keeps crashing

So I downloaded roblox on Microsoft Store and launched it. But when it said checking for updates, it crashed immediately. Other apps work fine, except roblox. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below:

• What is the Version and Build of Windows 10 currently installed? (Type winver in Windows search/Run command)
  
• What is the make and model of the PC?
  
• Does it happen specifically with Roblox games or any other app?
  
• Are you aware of any changes on the PC prior to this issue?
  

However, before proceeding with the below steps, we would suggest you to sign out from Microsoft Store and after performing the steps sign in with the same Microsoft account.



Step 1: Reset the Windows Store Cache

Press the Windows Logo Key + R to open the Run dialog box, type wsreset.exe, and then select OK.



Note: A blank Command Prompt window will open, and after about ten seconds the window will close and Microsoft Store will open automatically.



Step 2: Run the Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter

Select the Start button, and then select Settings>Update & Security > Troubleshoot, and then from the list select Windows Store apps > Run the troubleshooter.



Step 3: Reset Roblox app

1. Press Windows + I key to open Windows Settings.
   
2. Click on Apps and select Apps & feature from the left pane.
   
3. Scroll and look for the Roblox app.
   
4. Select the app and click on Advanced option.
   
5. Click on Reset and once you see a tick mark, then relaunch and check.

ROBLOX Crashes on initialization.

Roblox was installed on this newly purchased 9th Gen Core i7 gamer PC, and Minecraft and Fortnite load fine but not Roblox.

Intermittently I can start my PC and Roblox will work. Most of the time it crashes after a few seconds of the load screen.

I have tried everything from removing and re-installing Roblox, the microsoft store, ensuring Windows 10, Chrome and IE were up to date.

I've ensured Roblox was an exception on the antivirus and that the firewall was set correctly. I've deleted recently stored internet files, reset internet settings, tried different default browsers, and many more ideas proposed by others with similar issues
to no avail.

Does anyone have any other proposals? The Microsoft help chat screen doesn't seem to work.
